Matcha Green Tea Smoothie Recipe
Nowadays green tea is present everywhere. It is becoming a very popular health ingredient that is present in cakes, smoothies, milk shakes or sweets.
Especially the green tea smoothie is becoming quite popular, here is a matcha green tea smoothie from starbucks:

Green tea is a great anti-oxdiant. Unfortunately heat is killing of a lot of antioxidants in green tea. Hence, green tea in smoothies or shakes has more antioxidants, makes it even healthier.
But how would you make one of those smoothies yourself on a hot summer day?
Green Tea Smoothie Recipe
- 1/2 tea-spoon of matcha green tea
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream (also possible: 1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt or tofu)
- 2 cups of soy milk
After mixing everything in a blender you should get a green tea smoothie for 2 servings.
