Vitamin B2, B3, B5, B6, Inositol and C are essential vitamins to lose weight. What can the vitamins do for you and how can you get your daily amount of Vitamins:
Vitamin B2
B2 can establish a normal thyroid and metabolism function. If you want to get your daily amount of B2, eat milk product, eggs but also leafy green veggies.
Vitamin B3
B3 is able to balance your hormone production and is part of the GTF (glucose tolerance factor). Get your daily amount of B3 by eating liver, turkey, chicken, oats, cheese and dried fruits.
Vitamin B5
B5 can help you to get more energy and lose body fat. Sources of B5 are: Nuts, eggs, oats, beans, veggies, liver, kidney and meat.
Vitamin B6
